Identify your NetPilot
How to simply identify your NetPilot model and the software it can run.
Visually is easiest, although serial numbers attached to the unit can also help. (note the relative sizes of the products shown below are not to scale!!!)

MK1 NetPilot circa 1998
Unit has single LED and an on/off button on the front
This equipmment is obsolete and no longer has any software support.
MK2 NetPilot - first shipments circa 2000
Units have 11 LEDs on the front panel. Standard NetPilots have blue labels while the NetPilot VPN has red lables.
