Mindshare is the longest standing Equiinet distributor in the UK specialising in providing NetPilot sales and support to resellers across the UK . Mindshare staff have worked with the NetPilot product since its inception and have intimate knowledge of the hardware and software comprising the whole range.
Mindshare is ideally placed and experienced to offer additional value to resellers by means of joint marketing activity, call out days and incentives. As a distributor, we exist to help cultivate the business of our resellers. Over the past years our business has grown as our resellers have. From the reseller was ask only for a commitment for drive and dedication, we can help with the training, presentations and support to making supplying and supporting NetPilots straightforward.
NetPilot Support
Our engineering team provide support for the whole range of NetPilot products consisting of telephone assistance through to advanced hardware replacement. However beyond the NetPilot itself, Mindshare supplies and supports all the key elements required to get the device on-line and fully functional, including the ADSL router or modem to ensure that engineers on site need make only one call should they run into difficulties.
In addition, Mindshare offer a UK wide NetPilot installation service providing resellers to cost effectively reach clients in all areas of the country.
Standard service level agreements provide for next working day swap out of any NetPilot product with customised agreements providing higher levels of cover available upon request.
We work on a 1 call basis, the problem is identified and the supported product replaced no complex paperwork or claim processes to undertake.
