MINA connects calls over an IP network, the internet, rather than over the traditional public switched telephone network (PSTN). The voice traffic is managed on the customer’s premises using MINA and is routed to the PBX. MINA runs on Equiinet’s EquiiOS platform and uses its proprietary quality of service (QoS) algorithm to deliver the highest call quality in the industry.
